  Shepherd is a church which embraces the "big tent" philosophy. They accept all viewpoints and want to engage in conversations with all. Their pastor is engaging and, above all, very thoughtful. His sermons are Biblically based, but include a history and cultural understanding of the times, how things have changed since then, and what current issues to ponder as a result. The congregation is remarkably warm and welcoming and caring. The music, a blend of old and new encompassing everything from hymns to current praise songs, is well chosen to fit the service and meet the needs of all those attending.

  Wonderful church, congregation and pastor! We joined 3 years ago after looking at over a dozen churches in the region. We have NOT regretted our decision at all. It's filled with interesting and warm people and a pastor with a thought provoking message each week.
